1. Introduction

Welcome to LiedHub. These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of the LiedHub online service ("Service"). By registering for or using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. Service Description

LiedHub is a repertoire management and semantic search service designed for classical music artists. The service enables searching for songs, creating collections, and planning concert programs.

3. Account Creation

Use of the service requires registration. When registering, you agree to provide truthful information and keep it up to date.

Age Restriction: Use of the service requires a minimum age of 16 years. Individuals under 16 may only use the service with guardian consent.

You are responsible for the security of your account password and all activity occurring through your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Share copyrighted material without authorization
• Use the service to distribute spam or malware
• Attempt to breach the service or other users' accounts
• Use the service in a way that interferes with other users

5. Content and Intellectual Property

Service Content: LiedHub and its content (excluding user-generated content) are the property of the service provider and protected by copyright law.

User Content: You retain ownership of content you create (repertoires, concert programs, scores, notes). You grant the service provider the right to store and display your content to enable the service's functionality.

6. Premium Subscriptions

Basic use of the service is free. A Premium subscription offers additional features for a fee.

Billing: Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually according to the selected billing cycle.

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". The service provider does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service.

The service provider is not liable for indirect damages, such as lost profits or data, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change these terms. Significant changes will be notified via email or within the service at least 30 days before they take effect.

Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Closing Account

You can request account closure at any time by contacting customer service.

We reserve the right to close or restrict a user account if the user violates these terms or uses the service for misuse.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Finnish law. Disputes will primarily be resolved through negotiation.

Consumers have the right to bring a dispute before the Consumer Disputes Board.
